Hi, I’m curtis pelletier.
Canadian-born Curtis Pelletier is a certified Mental Performance Coach, Life Coach, and Recovery Coach whose approach is rooted in behavioural science and over 20 years of real-world coaching experience. His work is built on the science of habit formation, identity-based behaviour change, and high-performance psychology helping athletes, leaders, and everyday people wire their minds and environments for success instead of relying on motivation alone.
Curtis has played at the highest levels of baseball, Professional All-Star, College World Series Champion, Canadian National Team, and most recently worked as a scout for the Chicago Cubs and Miami Marlins. His athletic background isn’t limited to baseball: he was also a standout in soccer, football, and golf, with multiple opportunities to pursue after high school.
A happily married father of three daughters, Curtis knows performance isn’t just about the game, it’s about balancing family, business, and personal growth. He has successfully started and run businesses across diverse industries, from finance to the trades, and brings that same discipline and adaptability into his coaching.
But it wasn’t all positive. Having faced his own battles with addiction, Curtis knows firsthand the difference between simply surviving and truly recovering. His recovery journey fuels his belief that mental performance and behavioural change are not luxuries, they’re necessities. He teaches that performance isn’t about playing defence or avoiding mistakes; it’s about going on offence with your habits, systems, and mindset so you can build the life and results you want.
